Segment 1 Registration

You must be at least 14 years 8 months old to be eligible to take the Segment 1 course.

To sign up for the Segment 1 course:

1. Download and printout the following registration form:

2. Fill out the form and mail the form to:

* Please indicate the course you are enrolling for and have your Parent or Legal Guardian sign the form.

Upon receipt of your form, you will be sent a confirmation.

Segment 2 Registration

To be eligible for Segment 2 driver education, you must have following:

* A Level 1 Learner’s License for at least 90 days - please bring to the first day of class.

* You must be able to certify the completion of at least 30 hours of practice driving (which includes at least 2 hours of night driving) - please bring to the first day of class.

* Attendance for all 3 days is MANDATORY.

To sign up for the Segment 2 course:

1. Download and printout the following registration form:

2. Complete all the information on  the form and return to us along with the fee of $60.00. Enrollment for Segment 2 is limited. Please register early.
